Dr. Stephanie Aldrich has been a practicing dentist for 19 years. a few years ago she hit her "mid-life" crisis and wondered if she could do any more in her life. She was overweight and burnt out in her practice. In 2017 she decided to take control of her life and rearrange everything. She started the ketogenic diet and lost 20 pounds and reorganized her dental practice so she was running the practice and not visa versa.
