LIBRARY: Sci Fi & Fantasy Book Club [9/28]
On Wednesday, September 28, 7 p.m. The Hudson Library’s Goblins & Galaxies, a Science Fiction and Fantasy Book Club, will meet to discuss The Ocean at the End of the Lane by Neil Gaiman on the library patio. This book tells the story of a man who returns to Sussex for a funeral and then finds himself driving "randomly" to the scenes of his childhood. NPR calls the book..."reading it feels a lot like diving into an extremely smart, morally ambiguous fairy tale."
Registration is required to attend the book club and new members are always welcome. Copies of book are available at the circulation desk. Additionally, this title is also available to listen to on Hoopla, available from the library’s website at hudsonlibrary.org.
This event will be dependent on the weather and may be moved indoors, to the Eldredge Room, located on the second floor of the library.
Please note, masks are strongly recommended: masks will be required if the program is moved indoors.
