The Hudson Library will be hosting Clive Irving on January 11th at 7pm. Irving will be discussing his book The Last Queen.

The Last Queen follows Elizabeth and her family’s struggle to survive in the face of unprecedented changes in attitudes towards the royal family, as seen through the critical eye of an investigative reporter who was present and involved on a highly personal level. British journalist Tina Brown calls this an “entertaining” and “immensely readable” book that “brings real authority, context, and personal insight to our understanding of Queen Elizabeth.”
